This is a key field leadership position for a seasoned sprinkler professional who knows how to keep crews and projects moving. You'll oversee multiple active commercial and industrial projects, support foremen and field crews, and serve as an important link between the field, customers, project management, and the office. We're looking for someone who can walk onto a jobsite and command respect while maintaining a fair, professional leadership style. What You'll Do Oversee and support multiple commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects Travel between active jobsites throughout the region Provide leadership and direction to sprinkler fitters, foremen, and field crews Help crews operate efficiently and identify potential issues before they impact schedules Troubleshoot installation and field-related sprinkler issues Ensure crews have the information, materials, and support needed to complete projects successfully Communicate with customers, project managers, field personnel, and office staff Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity Hold field personnel accountable while maintaining a professional, respectful leadership style Help resolve jobsite challenges and keep projects moving forward What We're Looking For Extensive commercial and industrial fire sprinkler experience Previous experience as a Fire Sprinkler Superintendent, General Superintendent, Senior Foreman, or similar field leadership role Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation and field operations Ability to read and understand sprinkler plans, drawings, and specifications Experience managing crews and multiple active projects Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident, fair, and professional leadership style OSHA 10 required OSHA 30 strongly preferred NICET certification is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Ability to travel regularly between jobsites Ability to pass a drug screen Compensation & Benefits $120,000-$130,000+ salary, based on experience Company truck provided Phone allowance Permanent, direct-hire opportunity Long-term opportunity with an established fire protection contractor Additional benefits discussed during the interview process
