Baker Concrete-The Premier Construction Company Summary Role Description The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for controlling the operation of the pump and the output of concrete by directing the boom. The operator drives the truck on public roadways and is able to safely and effectively travel from jobsite to jobsite. Roles and Responsibilities Drives concrete boom pump on public roadways, while safely and effectively traveling from jobsite to jobsite Operates multi-section boom and establishes proper base for boom set-up Determines concrete mixes that will pump under proper pressure allowed by pump Performs daily inspections and maintenance on equipment Maintains equipment record logs Requirements Commercial B Driver's License with a current DOT Medical Card Clean driving record for the last three years Minimum of five years of experience operating concrete boom pumps; proficient in operating placement booms and trailer pumps Preferred current certification from American Concrete Pumping Association EOE Disability/Veterans Employer.
