Industrial Access Control Technician/Security Technician:

Plays a vital role in ensuring quality and timely deliveries of our access control services along with additional services to customers. Duties and responsibilities of an Access Control Technician (including but not limited to): Installation of access control systems, devices, and hardware Installation and termination of access control cabling Troubleshooting and testing low voltage wiring and devices, such as, Control Panels, Card Readers, TWIC Readers, Request to Exit Buttons, Maglocks, Electric Strikes, Call Stations, Crash Bars, Motion Sensors, Door Contacts, and Power supplies Use of drills, Sawzalls, Dremels, multi-meters, and standard hand tools

Certifications/Licenses:

Candidate must possess proper forms of identification State and/or local licenses/certifications may be required OSHA 10 (required) Multiple product-specific certifications desired (Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Milestone, etc.) Associate degree in Electronics strongly preferred Relevant trade designation (e.g. Electrician, ACS/low voltage installer) required Minimum of five years of previous, relevant Access Control field experience required MMR offers a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and numerous other voluntary benefits.
