Fagioli, Inc. / F2 Construction (LLC) Fagioli is seeking a safety-focused Construction Site Flagger to support Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT) operations on large-scale industrial and construction projects. This role is responsible for escorting SPMTs transporting heavy loads, directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and maintaining a safe and clear travel path throughout transport operations. Pay $24 to $30 per hour What You'll Do Escort SPMT convoys using a designated lead buggy vehicle Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic during SPMT movements Establish and maintain safe traffic control zones according to site plans Communicate continuously with SPMT operators, supervisors, and crew members Inspect travel paths for obstacles, hazards, and unauthorized personnel before movement begins Stop or slow traffic as needed to allow oversized and heavy loads to pass safely Monitor road conditions, overhead obstructions, and site constraints during transport Position cones, barricades, signs, and other traffic control equipment as required Follow all company and project safety policies and procedures Immediately report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near-misses to supervision Required Experience and Qualifications We are targeting candidates with experience controlling movement around heavy equipment or working in high-risk industrial and construction environments. Experience directing or controlling movement around heavy equipment Experience working in high-risk construction, industrial, or plant environments Ability to coordinate safe movement involving equipment, vehicles, and multiple crew members Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and initiate a shutdown or stop-work action when necessary Ability to understand and follow traffic control plans and safety procedures Valid driver's license required to operate the escort buggy vehicle Ability to communicate clearly by radio and in person Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors in active construction environments Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or extended hours based on project schedules Candidates whose experience is limited to roadway traffic flagging, without exposure to heavy equipment or high-risk work zones, may not meet the requirements of this position.
