Employment:
Based on Available Projects We are looking for an experienced construction worker with hands-on experience in construction layout, foundations, and concrete work.
Required Experience:
More than 5 years of experience preferred Ability to read and understand construction blueprints/plans Experience setting and working with elevations and layout points Experience with concrete foundations and footings Experience with concrete slabs Ability to accurately follow construction plans and specifications Strong understanding of construction layout and measurements Must be able to work independently and with a crew Valid driver's license preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction plans Set and verify elevations and layout points Layout foundations, footings, and slabs Assist with concrete foundation and slab work Follow plans and project specifications Work safely and efficiently with the construction crew
