Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by setting up formwork, rebar installation, and ensuring proper placement according to blueprints and technical drawings. Interpret construction plans and blueprint specifications to execute tasks accurately and efficiently. Perform concrete finishing tasks. Conduct concrete cutting and formwork construction while adhering strictly to safety protocols and construction workplace safety regulations. Support heavy lifting activities and assist with the installation of rebar and other structural components. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures, inspecting tools for proper operation, and reporting hazards promptly. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete finishing or related trades such as carpentry or masonry. Mechanical knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery used in concrete work including concrete power tools, and hand tools. Familiarity with construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards or equivalent safety protocols. Physical strength for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with excellent teamwork skills; ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining safety standards.
