Since 1995, Milcon Commercial Concrete has been a leader and become one of the largest commercial concrete contractors in the Miami Valley. We are looking to fill open concrete laborer and finisher positions. All positions available will require individuals to have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Walk-ins are welcome!

Requirements/Experience:

Demonstrate the ability to assist foreman and crew in performing a variety of tasks Maintain a positive work ethic and respectful attitude towards others Help crew with clean up when finished on job site Show initiative and accountability, along with willingness to learn Pass a pre-employment drug-screen prior to first day of employment Must have a driver's license and/or have reliable transportation to work Ability to read tape measure and have basic knowledge of tools Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds •Experience with walls is a plus•Training and opportunities for career advancement and leadership roles are available. Compensation:

Pay starting at $19; Pay based on experience and skill level 70% of our work is Prevailing Wage; Pay ranges from $40-52/hour 90-Day raise based on attendance and performance
