This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial concrete. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a team-oriented, fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities Build and/or assemble wood or metal forms for the construction of concrete floors, slabs, walls, columns, tilt-walls, etc. Dismantle formwork systems Cut and shape materials to precise measurements using hand and power tools Ensure all forms are level and secure before concrete placement Collaborate with project foremen, laborers, and finishers to ensure schedule and quality expectations are met Maintain a clean and safe job site; comply with OSHA and company safety policies Troubleshoot and adjust formwork to meet changing project needs or field conditions Assist with placement of concrete as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial Construction is a plus.
