Duties Assist project managers in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Procore. Support the preparation and review of construction plans, contracts, and specifications to ensure alignment with project scope. Coordinate procurement activities, including construction estimating, bid analysis, and subcontractor management using Procore or equivalent estimating tools. Monitor project progress on-site by reviewing construction plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for document control, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and daily reports. Assist with cost management activities by analyzing Excel data for budget tracking and identifying potential overruns early. Collaborate with project teams to facilitate effective communication, schedule updates, and resolution of issues related to civil engineering projects or concrete installation. Skills Proven experience with construction scheduling software such as ProCore. Strong knowledge of construction management practices including contract administration and project coordination. Familiarity with heavy civil engineering projects and concrete industry standards. Proficiency in construction estimating software. Excellent skills in Excel data analysis for cost tracking and reporting purposes. Ability to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in fast-paced project environments. Experience with construction site operations and safety protocols is highly desirable. Strong understanding of project management principles within the construction industry context.
