Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in concrete construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules, coordinating with General Contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project plans. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project scheduling and documentation. Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to meet or exceed client expectations. Provide leadership and supervision to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain effective communication with General Contractors Skills Familiarity with Data Center construction projects is a preferred. Proficient computer skills Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in the construction industry. Ability to read blueprints accurately for effective project execution. Demonstrated supervisory experience to manage multiple crews as well as manage costs on equipment, materials, and labor At least 5 years in a supervisory roll in concrete construction
