Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our small family-oriented team. In this role, you will be an essential part of creating durable, high-quality concrete structures by assisting with various tasks on construction sites. Your energy, attention to safety, and hands-on skills will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse projects, from foundations to decorative hardscapes. Responsibilities Assist with ubgrade prep, forming, rebar installation, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth and level surfaces Move in materials and stripping/clean up Operate hand tools and power tools safely for cutting, shaping, and securing concrete forms and materials Follow all construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials a plus Basic understanding of plans a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work required Join our team if you're eager to build a solid foundation for your career in construction!
