• Full-time Commercial Plumbing Foreman Iron Horse Companies LLC is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Phoenix Area.

We specialize in commercial new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, hotels, assisted living facilities, and student housing projects. The ideal candidate has strong field leadership, layout skills, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining quality and schedule. Responsibilities Supervise and lead commercial plumbing crews on active job sites Plan and coordinate daily work activities for plumbers and apprentices Perform layout and installation of cast iron, PVC, and ABS sewer, vent, and roof drain piping Oversee installation of copper, CPVC, and PEX water distribution systems Install and coordinate steel gas piping systems Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications Ensure work meets federal, state, and local plumbing codes Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen Maintain job site safety and OSHA compliance Track job progress and help maintain project schedules Maintain clean and organized work areas Requirements 6+ years of commercial plumbing experience 2+ years in a Foreman or crew leadership role preferred Strong experience with commercial construction plumbing systems Strong blueprint reading and layout experience Ability to lead crews and coordinate job site work Experience with underground, top-out, and trim phases Preferred Experience (Hotels, Assisted living facilities, Student housing, Commercial tenant improvements)
