Job Description
Divine Electric & Plumbing is seeking an Install Manager to lead residential electrical and plumbing installation projects across Marin County. In this role, you'll manage install teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure every job is completed safely, on time, and to code. You'll visit homes, assess project needs, communicate options and pricing to customers, and maintain strong relationships built on trust and respect. You'll coach and mentor technicians, support continuous training, and uphold our culture of integrity, craftsmanship, and customer-first service in a fast-growing, family-oriented environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage residential electrical and plumbing installation projects from planning through completion Coordinate and supervise install teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance Conduct site visits, assess installation needs, and plan materials, labor, and timelines Work directly with homeowners to explain scope, options, pricing, and project updates Ensure all installs meet local codes, manufacturer specs, and company quality standards Train and mentor technicians and apprentices, promoting continuous skill development Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to schedule jobs efficiently and resolve issues Monitor job costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction, making improvements as needed Required Skills Residential electrical installation Residential plumbing installation Project management Crew supervision OSHA and jobsite safety Reading blueprints and schematics Code compliance (NEC and local codes) Customer communication and service Scheduling and resource planning Quality control and inspection
