This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead field operations, oversee heavy equipment usage, and ensure safety compliance across outdoor work environments. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate technical activities, supervise crew members, and deliver high-quality service to support robust communication infrastructure. Responsibilities Lead and supervise underground telecommunications installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks, excavators, and power tools to install network infrastructure, and outside utilities. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a safe outdoor work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in field service roles involving heavy equipment operation and outdoor utility installation. network installation processes. Skilled in hand tools, power tools, and cabling hardware Construction experience with outdoor environments including trenching, cable pulling, and site preparation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively as a lead foreman or supervisor. Excellent communication skills for technical troubleshooting support and coordinating with project teams. Valid outdoor work experience demonstrating safety awareness in diverse weather conditions is essential.
