Role:
Yellow Horn Inc is looking for a driven and experienced Construction Foreman to lead our crews on exciting projects across Miami, FL. This is your opportunity to take charge on the job site, keep projects moving, and be a key part of a company that builds with pride and purpose.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on job sites Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to guide work Ensure all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times Communicate progress updates and issues to project managers and stakeholders Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and subcontractor schedules Mentor and train crew members to maintain high performance and workmanship
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in construction with at least 1 year in a foreman or supervisory role Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in Miami's climate and physically demanding environments
