As one of the nations largest single-source providers of construction contract labor, Commercial Trade Source (CTS) is currently expanding our field team by accepting applications for experienced underground construction foreman in the Miami, FL area. - Ongoing Safety Training & Education What You'll Do As a CTS Underground Construction Foreman, you'll:
- Lead daily field operations, assign tasks, and guide hands-on work with the team.
- Read and follow engineering blueprints, schematics, and trenching/shoring drawings.
- Manage equipment, stage materials, schedule inspections, and coordinate with project managers.
- Operate 50K loaders, skid steers, rollers, etc.
- Work schedule can be day and or night shifts.
- Follow all local codes and safety manuals.
What We're Looking For:
- Must have 5 years of unground construction foreman experience.
- Must have 5 years of operating experience and a valid CDL is a plus..
- Be able to read grade stakes and interpret grades.
- Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the trade.
- Must have knowledge of working with trench boxes and dewatering systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
