Job Overview We are an established high-end pool contractor seeking to hire an experienced and hands-on Pool Construction Foreman to lead and oversee all aspects of residential and commercial pool construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of pool construction processes. As a team leader, you will prioritize communication with the owner for managing schedules, coordinating crews, must be able to read blueprints, and ensure compliance with all safety and construction regulations. Duties Work with and lead construction crews on pool installation sites. Review blueprints to interpret project requirements accurately. Coordinate project schedules with owner daily to ensure deadlines are met. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to maintain high standards. Oversee safety compliance by enforcing OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations across all job sites. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with clients, team members, and management. Maintain detailed records of project progress, safety incidents, inspections, and compliance documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in residential and commercial pool construction Strong supervisory skills with previous crew management experience is a plus Knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore Knowledge of OSHA standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Excellent communication skills for speaking with clients, subcontractors, and general contractors Skilled in interpreting technical drawings related to pool installation including plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components Demonstrated ability to supervise subcontractors and manage project timelines efficiently.
