Des Moines, IA Pay:

$35+/hour, based on experience Bell Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing crews on commercial new construction projects throughout the Des Moines area. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can read blueprints, coordinate with other trades, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep projects moving on schedule. What You'll Do Lead and supervise commercial plumbing crews on new construction projects Oversee underground, rough-in, and finish plumbing Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Install and oversee piping systems, including copper, cast iron, PVC/CPVC, and gas piping Coordinate daily work with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades Monitor project progress, quality, and scheduling Inspect work for accuracy and code compliance Train, direct, and support plumbers and apprentices Identify material, labor, and scheduling needs Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems in the field Communicate project updates and challenges to leadership Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite What We're Looking For 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience Previous experience as a Plumbing Foreman, Lead Plumber, or Crew Lead Strong commercial new construction experience Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes, materials, and installation practices Strong leadership and communication skills Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently Journeyman Plumbing License preferred, but not required Valid driver's license required What We Offer $35+/hour starting pay, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Tools, uniforms, and equipment provided Steady, year-round commercial work Strong pipeline of upcoming projects Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Bell Brothers?
