$50-$78/hour We're hiring an Electrical Foreman for an active hospital construction project in South Bend. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing electrical crews and subcontractors on-site. What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate electrical crews (12-16 electricians) Manage electrical subcontractors on-site Support daily electrical construction activities Read and work from blueprints and drawings Ensure work is completed safely and on schedule Assist with conduit, wiring, terminations, and installations as needed What We're Looking For Strong electrical field Experience managing electricians or electrical subs Hands-on experience with: Conduit bending & installation Wire pulling & terminations Commercial construction environments Ability to lead crews and keep jobs moving
