Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Construction Foreman and lead the way in creating stunning outdoor environments! In this energetic role, you will oversee landscape construction projects, manage crews, and ensure high-quality execution from start to finish. Your leadership will drive the successful completion of hardscaping projects, Landscaping installs, Dirt work, drainage systems, etc. all while maintaining a safe and efficient work site. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on various hardscaping and landscaping projects, ensuring timely and quality completion Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including trucks, earth moving equipment, saws, snow plows and more. Oversee installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures Identify plants accurately and provide horticultural guidance for planting and ground cover management Enforce safety protocols across all job sites while maintaining a productive work environment Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Requirements Proven supervising or crew management experience in landscape construction or grounds maintenance roles Strong knowledge of landscaping practices including lawn care, plant identification, hardscaping construction projects, and equipment operation Hands-on experience operating groundskeeping equipment, gardening tools, and construction machinery Ability to lead outdoor work activities in various weather conditions with energy and enthusiasm Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, groundskeeping practices, and general landscape maintenance Construction experience related to hardscape installation or outdoor project development is highly desirable Embark on a career where your leadership transforms outdoor spaces into breathtaking landscapes! Pay:
$26.77 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per weekBenefits:
