We are seeking an experienced HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our in-house HVAC, plumbing, and electrical employees across multiple commercial construction projects. This position is responsible for managing company field crews, assigning daily work, coordinating manpower between job sites, monitoring employee productivity and workmanship, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can effectively manage employees, communicate expectations, hold crews accountable, and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work across multiple active projects. Key Responsibilities Directly supervise company-employed HVAC, plumbing, and electrical field crews. Assign employees to job sites based on project schedules, workload, and priorities. Provide employees with clear daily and weekly work assignments. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, workmanship, and overall performance. Track where employees are working and ensure manpower is being used efficiently. Visit active job sites regularly to check progress and employee performance. Hold field employees accountable for completing assigned work correctly and on schedule. Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical crews so trades are working efficiently together. Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work with employees. Ensure crews understand project requirements before beginning work. Identify labor shortages, scheduling conflicts, material issues, and other problems that could delay a project. Communicate daily with project managers and construction management regarding progress and manpower. Help develop short-term schedules and determine manpower requirements for upcoming work. Ensure employees have the proper materials, tools, equipment, and information needed to complete their work. Coordinate inspections and ensure work is complete and ready before inspectors arrive. Perform quality-control walkthroughs and create or manage punch lists. Ensure employees correct deficiencies and incomplete work promptly. Enforce company policies, job-site procedures, and safety requirements. Maintain professional, organized, and safe job sites. Assist management with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating field employees. Provide coaching and corrective direction when employee performance does not meet company expectations. Report employee performance, attendance, disciplinary, or staffing concerns to management. Assist with planning overtime and adjusting manpower when project schedules require it. Qualifications Experience supervising HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other skilled-trade employees. Strong commercial construction experience. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proven ability to manage multiple field crews and job sites. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership and employee-management skills. Ability to organize manpower and prioritize work based on project deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a professional work environment. Comfortable working closely with project managers, construction supervisors, inspectors, engineers, and company leadership. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company job sites. OSHA certification preferred. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other applicable trade licenses are a plus.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
