Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 🔹 Job Highlights
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and safely.
- Provide coverage across multiple locations, including PSC, IOP, mobile, and long-term care.
- Work with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service in high-volume settings.
- Support and mentor new employees and assist with onboarding/training.
- Serve as a lead/resource for staff when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures. ✅ Requirements
- 5+ years of phlebotomy experience required.
- 3+ years of PSC/IOP experience preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
- Strong communication, data entry, and customer service skills.
