Job Description
Priceless Home Improvements is hiring an experienced Residential Roofing Foreman / Job Site Supervisor to join our production team. Due to continued growth and an increasing volume of roofing and restoration projects, we are expanding our field supervision team. This is not simply a roofing labor position. We need an experienced roofing professional who can take ownership of a job site, supervise crews, inspect workmanship and make sure every project is completed correctly before leaving the property. Primary Responsibilities Arrive at roofing projects before or with installation crews Verify material delivery and project scope Review roof measurements and installation requirements Confirm homeowner/property protection before tear-off Supervise roofing subcontractors and labor crews Ensure manufacturer installation specifications are followed Monitor OSHA and company safety procedures Inspect decking after tear-off Identify damaged decking and additional necessary work Verify ice/water shield, underlayment, flashing, valleys, penetrations and ventilation Inspect chimney and wall flashing Confirm proper shingle installation Perform detailed final roof QC Inspect siding, windows, gutters, landscaping and homeowner property for damage Complete magnetic nail sweep and cleanup inspection Photograph all major stages of installation Document problems and corrective work Coordinate material shortages Communicate with Production Manager Communicate professionally with homeowners Handle basic roofing repairs when necessary Confirm punchout items are addressed before job completion Qualifications 5+ years roofing/construction experience preferred Strong residential asphalt roofing knowledge required Roofing foreman or supervisory experience preferred Able to identify incorrect installation immediately Comfortable climbing and inspecting steep-slope roofs Strong problem-solving ability Professional communication skills Able to manage subcontractor crews Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Smartphone capable of jobsite photo/documentation apps OSHA experience preferred Manufacturer certifications are a plus English/Spanish bilingual is highly preferred Compensation $30-$38/hour based on experience Higher compensation consideration for candidates with: Proven roofing foreman experience Bilingual English/Spanish skills Manufacturer certifications Strong repair/troubleshooting ability Experience managing multiple crews Experience with insurance restoration projects Full-time | Year-round work | Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays based on production demands We aren't looking for someone to simply watch a roofing crew. We need somebody who knows roofing, holds crews accountable and refuses to leave a job until it meets company standards.
