Job Description

Priceless Home Improvements is hiring experienced painters for our growing in-house restoration team. We are looking for professional residential painters who can deliver clean, high-quality work in customers' homes and help us complete a growing backlog of insurance restoration and home improvement projects. This is consistent full-time work , not a temporary painting project.
Responsibilities include:
Interior residential painting Exterior painting Walls, ceilings, trim and doors Cutting and rolling Surface preparation Sanding Caulking Priming Stain blocking Drywall patching and minor repair Nail pops and settlement cracks Water-damage restoration painting Protecting floors, furniture and customer property Maintaining a clean work area Daily job photos and completion documentation We are looking for someone who: Has 3+ years of professional residential painting experience Can produce clean cut lines and professional finishes Understands proper preparation—not just applying paint Can identify when drywall or substrate repair is necessary before painting Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Can work independently or as part of a crew Is professional and respectful inside occupied homes Has reliable transportation Has a valid driver's license Owns basic painting tools Can provide references
Compensation:
$22-$28/hour based on experience and demonstrated ability Experienced painters who can also perform drywall finishing and repairs will qualify toward the top of the range.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with overtime and occasional weekend opportunities. If you're tired of jumping from job to job and want steady restoration work with room to grow, apply today.
