Priceless Home Improvements is expanding our in-house production department and hiring an experienced Paint & Interior Restoration Team Lead. This is a working leadership position . You will perform restoration work yourself while leading other painters and technicians to make sure projects are completed efficiently, professionally and to company standards. We are looking for someone who can be handed a scope of work and take ownership of getting the job completed.

Responsibilities include:

Lead a small in-house painting/restoration crew Review project scope before work begins Plan labor and material needs Assign daily responsibilities Interior and exterior painting Drywall patching and finishing Texture matching when required Trim and minor carpentry repairs Quality-control inspections Daily progress photos Track materials and identify shortages Communicate job progress with production management Maintain clean and organized jobsites Professionally communicate with homeowners Complete final walkthrough before turning the project over Identify additional damage or work requiring authorization Qualified candidates should have: 5+ years professional painting/restoration experience preferred Prior crew-lead or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of residential paint preparation and application Drywall finishing/repair experience Ability to read basic scopes of work Ability to manage 2-5 workers Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills Valid driver's license Reliable truck, SUV or work vehicle Basic tools Ability to work independently Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Compensation:

$28-$35/hour based on experience and leadership ability Opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement into production management as the department continues to grow. This position is designed for someone who wants more than another painting job. We want somebody capable of helping us build and lead a strong in-house restoration crew.
