Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction operations and manage crew members Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards Read and interpret blueprints and project plans Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors Maintain a safe and organized job site Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction and crew leadership Strong work ethic and reliability are a must Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices Valid driver's license mandatory with reliable transportation
