Landscape Construction Foreman

Full-Time Landscape Construction Foreman We are seeking hard working individuals to help establish our expanding landscape construction team in a full-time capacity as Foreman. Put your hard work and creativity on display by joining our landscape team installing softscape and hardscape designs.

Landscape Construction Foreman Job Responsibilities:

Manage the installation of plants, edging and mulch, lawns, irrigation and drainage Manage the installation of hardscape designs including patios, brick pavers, stairs, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits etc. Interpreting and implementing scaled landscape prints and contracts Instruct and enforce jobsite safety, safety rules and regulations Effectively manage crew members to achieve maximum efficiency through teaching and training Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners Operate and maintain all equipment (skids, mini-excavators, trucks, trailers, hand tools) Effectively communicate with Supervisors and other team members

Landscape Construction Foreman Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience leading a landscape construction crew Valid driver's license with Chauffeur endorsement (preferred) Reliable Transportation Ability to obtain CDL-A Able to lift 50 lbs or more Willingness to learn, improve and advance while working safely and being smart. Have a positive attitude and works well within a team environment
