Who We Are Raising Solutions is a foundation repair and waterproofing company based in Jefferson City, MO. We specialize in structural repair, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting for residential and commercial properties. We stay busy year-round. We're growing, and we're adding foremen who can run a job start to finish without being managed. Foreman Base pay:

$26-$30/hr depending on experience With performance pay, efficient foremen earn the equivalent of $30-$45/hr That number isn't a promise. It's what a foreman makes when the job gets done right, on time, and to spec. Run your crew well and you'll make more here than you will anywhere else in Mid-Missouri. Run it poorly and you'll sit at base. What You'll Be Doing Running a 2-4 man crew on foundation repair and waterproofing jobs Reading the scope and job packet, verifying materials before you leave the shop Setting the pace and holding your crew to the install standard Installing structural systems (piers, wall anchors, braces), interior and exterior waterproofing, sump and drainage systems Operating skid loader, mini excavator, and small equipment Handling the homeowner on site & answering questions, setting expectations, protecting the property Documenting the job (photos, notes, changes) and closing it out clean Training your crew so they get better

You struggle with attendance or reliability You need somebody standing over you to stay productive You cut corners when nobody's watching You don't want to be measured Requirements 2+ years in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete, or related trade Prior crew lead or foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be able to lift 75-100 lbs regularly Comfortable with physical work in all conditions OSHA 10 (or willing to complete within 2 weeks) Minimal
