Job Summary Residential Construction Site Supervisor Xhale Construction Lake Norman Region, NC Xhale Construction is looking for an experienced Residential Construction Site Supervisor to manage multiple custom home and renovation projects throughout the Lake Norman region. We build ground-up custom homes and complete residential renovations and additions, including work in higher-end and luxury homes. We are looking for someone who understands residential construction, can manage multiple jobsites, communicate well with subcontractors and our Project Manager, and keep projects moving according to schedule. Responsibilities Manage multiple residential construction jobsites at one time Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, and daily jobsite activity Maintain accurate project schedules and communicate immediately when a delay or issue may affect the schedule Work closely with the Project Manager to keep projects organized and moving forward Review plans, specifications, and upcoming work to make sure jobsites are ready for the next phase Monitor workmanship, quality, jobsite organization, and completion of subcontractor work Identify construction issues early and help coordinate solutions Communicate professionally with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and company leadership Coordinate inspections and follow up on incomplete work and punch-list items Qualifications Experience supervising residential construction projects Experience with both ground-up new construction and residential renovations Experience working in higher-end or luxury homes preferred Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and trade coordination Ability to read and understand construction plans Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Reliable, accountable, and able to follow through without constant supervision Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Construction schedules do not always go exactly as planned. We understand that delays and unexpected conditions happen. What matters is recognizing issues early, communicating them quickly, and working with the Project Manager to determine the best path forward.
