Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and optimal operation of swimming pool and spa at each customer residence. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pool equipment, balancing water chemistry, and performing routine inspections to deliver a pristine swimming environment. Your expertise will help create a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool users while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and debris removal to ensure water clarity and hygiene. Monitor and adjust pool chemistry levels by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain proper pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and other vital parameters. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems, mechanical components, and safety devices to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Operate company vehicles safely to transport supplies, chemicals, or equipment between sites while adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, repairs performed, and safety checks in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist with outdoor work tasks around the customers residence to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualification:

We would prefer experience in pool maintenance or aquatic facility operations with knowledge of pool plumbing systems and water treatment processes. However, we are willing to train. Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance is preffered but not necessary as long as employee is willing to put forth the effort to learn and educate themselves. Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely while following proper handling procedures. Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing techniques to ensure safe swimming conditions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and patrons. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Outdoor work experience preferred; ability to work in various weather conditions is essential.
