vehicle. No reporting to an office daily. Short Weekly or monthly meetings may be required. Our day starts around 8:30 and usually ends no later then 4:00 pm. Sometimes working in a team with 1-2 others, some days working by yourself. (after training period). Direct deposit paychecks on Fridays weekly

• Smart Phone w/ Data Plan (gps to find homes and use our app) You will primarily be working around Troutman, Mooresville and Lake Norman areas; must be local to these areas and willing to drive your own reliable vehicle

Training:

pay is $16/hr for the first week. Then goes to up 16/hr plus 2/hr extra BONUS for making quality and attendance goals
