Job Description

Swanberg Construction is seeking skilled and experienced Site Foremen for current jobs in North and South Dakota. In addition to delegating Superintendent's instructions for work to be performed for the day, areas of work include training, heavy concrete, site pipe, mechanical installation, general carpentry and general construction. We hire statewide and pay per-diems and reimburse travel expenses. Swanberg Construction has been in business 30 plus years

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 — 50 per week

Experience:
Construction:
3 years relevant experience in the Construction industry Ability to travel to : Job sites throughout North Dakota and northern South Dakota.
Some responsibilities will include:
Ensure Superintendents instructions for operators, carpenters, and laborers are being executed with the highest quality and safety Actively engage in employee development to professionally mentor, train, coach, and guide Carpenters and Laborers on carpentry and construction tasks, organization, safety, and cleanliness Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required Ensure work areas are clean and materials are organized Conduct and document weekly safety meetings Performs carpentry and construction tasks as needed to remain on schedule #hc136615
