Working Foreman Company Overview Dietrich Construction is a premier self-performing General Contractor operating in the Fargo, ND / Moorhead, MN area. We pride ourselves on executing high-end craftsmanship, maintaining organized jobsites, and providing an exceptional client experience. We are currently looking for a skilled, reliable, and leadership-minded Working Foreman to join our growing team. Position Summary As a Working Foreman, you will act as the primary on-site manager for our construction projects. This is a working management role. You will spend roughly 70% of your time executing hands-on carpentry and 30% managing jobsites, timelines, material orders, and apprentices. You will bridge the gap between our project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and up to our strict quality standards.
