Job Summary RNH Electric is looking for an experienced Cellular / Telecom Construction Foreman to join RNH. We perform a wide range of wireless and communications construction for major cellular carriers, including rooftop cellular sites, antenna installations, RF and fiber systems, electrical power, grounding, conduit, equipment installation, and associated infrastructure. We are looking for a true working foreman - someone who can lead a crew, understand the drawings, plan the work, coordinate with project management and customers, solve field issues, and still work alongside the crew when necessary. This is not an entry-level position Responsibilities Lead and supervise cellular and telecom construction crews Manage daily field activities, manpower, materials, tools, and equipment Review and understand construction drawings, electrical drawings, RF plans, and site-specific details Coordinate work with RNH project managers, customers, general contractors, building management, and other trades Install and oversee the installation of rooftop cellular equipment Install antennas, mounts, radios, cabinets, racks, and associated support equipment Install and route coax/RF cable, fiber, communications cabling, AC/DC power, and associated pathways Perform and supervise conduit installation Perform grounding and bonding of cellular and electrical systems Oversee equipment power connections and electrical installation associated with cellular systems Ensure proper cable routing, support, dressing, labeling, weatherproofing, and workmanship Coordinate lifts, material deliveries, rooftop access, shutdowns, and jobsite logistics Identify drawing conflicts or field conditions and work with project management to develop solutions Maintain production and schedule goals Perform quality-control inspections Manage punch-list items and project closeout Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning when required Complete daily reports, progress updates, photographs, and field documentation Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Enforce RNH safety policies and jobsite safety requirements Requirements 5+ years of cellular, telecom, wireless, DAS, or similar construction experience preferred Strong candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience and proven leadership ability will be considered Previous experience working as a Foreman, Lead Technician, Crew Lead, or similar field leadership position strongly preferred Experience with rooftop cellular construction Experience installing cellular antennas and associated equipment Working knowledge of RF/coax systems Fiber installation experience Strong understanding of AC/DC power Experience with conduit installation Strong grounding and bonding knowledge Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Experience working on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or other major carrier projects is preferred Ability to independently plan and execute field work Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops Experience with boom lifts and scissor lifts Must be willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Electrical license not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their projects.
