``` Job Summary Catamount Roofing Group is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team in Clover, SC . This position plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Execute daily tasks with strict adherence to Catamount Roofing and OSHA safety standards Diagnose and repair roof leaks at client properties Represent the company in a professional, ethical, and honest manner Lead and train assigned helpers in proper repair techniques and commercial roofing projects Communicate with tenants to identify leak locations Properly apply roofing materials using industry-standard workmanship Perform repair and maintenance work as outlined in job scopes Manage roof repair and maintenance projects from start to finish Identify and submit additional repair needs for potential upselling opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of commercial roofing experience (required) Experience supervising roofing production crews (required) Accurate time and material recordkeeping Ability to operate company-owned or rented equipment and vehicles safely and in compliance with all regulations Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working at heights Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record Willingness to travel overnight as needed for project completion Ability to learn and correctly apply roof system installation and repair techniques Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality Ability to follow safety and security protocols and use materials/equipment properly High productivity and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to give and receive feedback productively Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days Paid time off after one year of employment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Comprehensive on-the-job training About Catamount Roofing Group At Catamount Roofing Group, we specialize in commercial, industrial, medical, and institutional roof installations and repairs.
