We specialize in commercial air conditioning, plumbing, piping, service, and the maintenance of these systems. We are currently seeking a Piping Foreman to join our team. Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a crew of pipefitters on a project Order all materials for each crew Develop look-ahead schedule based on project needs Interact with the customer, GC, Owner, and inspectors Attend job-site meetings Supervise pipe installation and equipment setting Manage production at the jobsite to meet the estimated labor hours Schedule and manage material and prefab deliveries from our Shop Piping systems include Chilled Water, Heating Water, Refrigeration, Condensate, Steam, and Condenser Water piping Understand installation of piping systems according to the contract drawings, specifications, shop drawings, details, and code requirements Keeps the work area clean and in an orderly condition. Follows all company and jobsite / OSHA safety regulations Supervise pipe testing and flushing per project requirements Good leadership and communication skills
Qualifications:
Have 5+ years of Commercial work experience Able to stand, lift, put together, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs. without assistance OSHA 30 preferred Reliable transportation Tools of your trade Always committed to safety Excellent attendance
