A-Lert Roof Systems specializes in commercial standing metal roof installations . We take pride in high-quality work, safety, and teamwork. We're looking for an experienced Foreman to lead projects, manage crews, and ensure every job meets our standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew on commercial standing metal roof projects Plan daily work and assign tasks to ensure efficiency and quality Maintain safety standards and enforce OSHA compliance on all job sites Train and mentor team members to maintain high productivity and skill levels Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients as needed Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement solutions to avoid delays

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or lead on commercial metal roof projects Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Ability to work out of town for 1-2 weeks at a time
