PRIMARY FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILTYThe Family Resource Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Community Enrichment Department and serves as the first point of contact for families, partners, and visitors at the SJRC Texas Family Resource Center (FRC). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the FRC by coordinating office operations, supporting program logistics, maintaining accurate records, and delivering welcoming, family-centered customer service that reflects the organizations mission and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

Work FRC Welcome Center M-F 8:30am-4:30pmOpen and close building Answer phones & greet guestsAssist and connect guests to community resourcesManage building mailAssist FRC employees and guests with copying and scanning needs POC/Coordinate with building cleaning company Submit & communicate facility work orders with Facilities TeamMaintain the ability to use time and resources effectively to meet job requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Collect new referral data and demographics via phone or in person Responds to website inquiries re: SJRCs family support servicesDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer literacy Ability to use independent judgement and to manage and impart information to a range of clientele and/or stakeholders.

Other duties as assignedProgramParticipate in staff meetings, training and conferences as required by the Community Enrichment Department and SJRC Texas. Plan and coordinate the development, implementation, and execution of sub-programs, special projects, and other initiatives designed to achieve the overall mission, goals, and objectives of the Department and Agency.

Monitor and manage a healthy balance between personal and professional responsibilities. Develop and maintain trusting relationships with team members, parents, caregivers and families Point of contact for Counseling and Pediatric Partners for monthly service delivery reportingCollaborate with SJRC's Advancement Team for facility projects and volunteer coordinationPOC for thrift store partners; deliver donations to partners monthlyOrganize program supplies and donations. Be available to respond to phone, in-person or written communication from individuals seeking information on Family Resource Center servicesAssist families in determining need/community resources. Sign up & enroll families for FRC Programs. FRC class and event floaterAssist with classes and programming from FRC as neededMaintain accurate logs and records as required by the Community Enrichment Department and SJRC Texas Prepare and submit monthly reports as scheduled by the Family Resource Center SupervisorAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Other related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certification.
Preferred:
Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field.1+ years of related experience in Administration or Human Resources field.

Spanish Speaking.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:
Valid Texas Drivers License, good driving record, ability to provide own transportation and proof of current automobile insurance.

CPR/First Aid Certification.

Age minimum of 21 years of age per licensing standards.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical DemandsBody mobility to stoop, kneel, bend, reach, walk and walk briskly in order to interact with and monitor children.

Stamina to work long days and drive long distances.

Moderate to heavy lifting up to 60 pounds.

Visual and Cognitive DemandsMust have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Environmental DemandsEnvironment requires dexterity to remain calm and adapt to fast paced and emotional environments. Work EnvironmentCampuses are smoke-free and vape free.
