is seeking an experienced Construction Team Leader (Foreman) to lead field crews on the LS GreenLink Manufacturing Hub Project in Chesapeake, Virginia. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, coordinate daily work activities, maintain productivity, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. Successful construction foremen typically oversee daily field operations, delegate work, enforce safety requirements, and communicate project progress with management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of construction workers Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Coordinate with Project Managers Read and interpret drawings and installation plans Monitor quality, productivity, and project schedule Train and mentor new employees Enforce OSHA and site safety regulations Report daily progress, manpower, and material needs Resolve field issues and keep work moving on schedule Promote teamwork and a positive jobsite culture
