Hardscapes Foreman Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on Experience) Job Summary An established outdoor construction company is seeking an experienced Hardscapes Foreman to lead crews on residential hardscape projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Lead and supervise hardscape installation crews Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow Maintain quality and safety standards Train and mentor crew members Communicate project progress with management Assist with installation work as needed Manage materials, equipment, and job site organization Ensure excellent customer and property care Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or related experience preferred Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate and manage a team Experience with pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, or similar projects is highly desirable Valid driver's license preferred Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime opportunities available Benefits Evaluation-to-hire opportunity Leadership position with advancement potential Weekly overtime opportunities Consistent project pipeline Long-term career growth with an established company #3446LI
