Construction / Industrial Job Description We are hiring Construction General Laborers to join our cleanup crews in Bay Minette, AL . This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized construction worksite throughout the project. Job Duties Perform general construction site cleanup and housekeeping. Remove trash, debris, scrap materials, and construction waste. Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Move and organize materials around the jobsite. Sweep, shovel, and maintain designated work areas. Assist skilled trades and other crew members as needed. Follow directions from supervisors and foremen. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements. Perform other general labor duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required. Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team. Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Must be able to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions. Must follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Reliable transportation and good attendance are required. Ideal Candidate We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in keeping a construction site clean, safe, and productive . Previous cleanup, demolition, construction, or industrial experience is a plus.
