Crawlspace Foreman/Laborer Vanguard Crawlspace & Waterproofing Madison, AL Job Details Full-time $750 - $1,400 a week 19 hours ago Qualifications Water damage restoration Mold remediation Driver's License Attention to detail Caulking Full Job Description Crawlspace Foreman Vanguard Crawlspace & Waterproofing is seeking an experienced, dependable Crawlspace Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, mold remediation, drainage, and structural repair projects throughout North Alabama. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to work, can lead from the front, and takes pride in completing jobs correctly. The Foreman will be responsible for managing the crew on-site, maintaining job quality, communicating with homeowners and management, and making sure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crawlspace installation crew Review job scopes and ensure all contracted work is completed correctly Install crawlspace encapsulation and vapor barrier systems Install interior drainage systems, sump pumps, and discharge plumbing Perform and oversee mold remediation and insulation removal Install dehumidifiers and moisture-control equipment Assist with floor supports and other crawlspace structural repairs Properly seal seams, penetrations, doors, walls, and other components when required by the project Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Load, unload, and keep track of tools, equipment, and materials Take before, during, and after photos of projects Communicate job progress, additional issues, and material needs to management Professionally communicate with homeowners and answer basic questions about the work being performed Train and direct crew members Perform final quality-control inspections before leaving each job Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained Qualifications Previous crawlspace, waterproofing, foundation repair, construction, or similar experience strongly preferred Previous foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example Ability to read and follow detailed job scopes Comfortable working in tight crawlspaces for extended periods Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, crawling, digging, carrying materials, and operating equipment Strong attention to detail and workmanship Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and management Must be able to work independently and make reasonable jobsite decisions What We're Looking For We need someone who takes ownership of the job from start to finish .
