We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated General Laborer to join our team and assist with various construction and renovation projects in Gilbert, AZ. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, is willing to learn new skills, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position involves supporting different stages of construction, including site cleanup, demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing tasks. Responsibilities Perform general job site cleanup and help maintain a safe, organized work environment. Assist with demolition and removal of materials. Support drywall installation, repairs, and sanding. Prepare surfaces for painting and assist with painting projects. Assist with flooring installation and floor preparation. Help with framing, concrete work, and other construction tasks. Assist with tile installation and related preparation. Support basic electrical tasks as directed by the supervisor. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Follow instructions and assist with various tasks throughout the job site. Work cooperatively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods. Comfortable using basic hand tools and construction equipment. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Previous construction, renovation, or general labor experience is a plus but not required. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Work Location In person -
