Garth Services is looking for a dependable, hard-working General Laborer to work outdoors. This is an entry-level, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working outdoors, and getting things done. You'll be helping with general cleanup, organization, moving materials, scrap metal, hauling, and other projects as needed. No previous construction experience is required. What You'll Do Help clean up and organize the property Sort, move, and dispose of scrap metal and other materials Help with general cleanup, hauling, and lifting Move materials, tools, and other items as needed Assist with occasional errands Help with various projects and tasks as they come up Take direction and pitch in wherever help is needed What We're Looking For Dependable and willing to work hard A can-do attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented and comfortable working side-by-side with others Able to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving materials Able to work independently when given a task Valid driver's license for occasional errand running Able to pass a drug screen Availability to work variable hours, Monday-Friday Pay & Opportunity Starting at $16/hour, with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement based on performance, reliability, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
