We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in underground dry utility installation who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and works well as part of a crew. Job Responsibilities Install underground PVC conduits for dry utility systems. Perform potholing to locate and expose existing utilities safely. Assist with underground dry utility installations. Perform trench compaction and prepare trenches for utility installation. Install and assist with light pole foundations. Assist with excavation, backfilling, and other underground construction activities. Safely operate hand tools and jobsite equipment as needed. Follow plans, specifications, and directions from supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Work efficiently and cooperatively with other crew members. Qualifications Previous underground dry utility experience required. Experience installing PVC conduit and underground utility systems. Experience with potholing, trench work, compaction, and light pole foundations preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor construction environment. Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to safe work practices.
