The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities Assist with site grading, excavation, and backfilling Operate hand and power tools (shovels, rakes, compactors, etc.) Check grades using laser levels, transits, or other tools Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow instructions from foremen, operators, and supervisors Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures Experience Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
