In this pivotal role, you will lead the installation of high-quality vinyl graphics and signage across diverse environments, ensuring precision, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, inspiring your team and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Duties Complete full and partial commercial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall murals, window perfs, and exterior signage to manufacturer specifications ​Safely transport vehicles, tools, and graphics using company trucks and trailers.​ Operate boom trucks, bucket trucks, and aerial lifts to perform high-elevation signage and surface installations.​ Travel to out-of-state job locations for scheduled multi-day commercial installations.​Perform meticulous surface prep, vinyl post-heating, edge-sealing, and final quality control inspections. ​Maintain clear communication regarding project timelines, on-site challenges, and material requirements.​

Qualifications & Requirements:

​

Experience:

7-10 years of professional vinyl installation experience (commercial wraps, fleet graphics, and signage).​

Tools:

Must own and maintain a complete set of professional installation tools (heat guns, torches, knifeless tape, specialized squeegees, rivet tools, wrap magnets, etc.). ​

Driving & Towing:

Valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR); proven proficiency in hauling, reversing, and maneuvering truck and trailer setups.​

Aerial Operation:

Verified experience operating boom trucks and aerial lifts, including adherence to OSHA fall protection safety guidelines.​

Travel:

Willingness and flexibility to travel out-of-state periodically as project schedules dictate.​

Certifications:

3M Preferred/Certified, Avery Dennison CWI, or PDAA certification is a strong plus.​
