Microtrenching Laborer Parker Communications - Mesa, AZ Parker Communications is seeking an experienced Microtrenching Laborer to support equipment operation and microtrenching construction projects in Mesa, AZ. You'll assist in operating trenching equipment, support project coordination, and help ensure projects meet safety, budget, and time requirements. This is not an entry-level position — prior experience in microtrenching or underground fiber construction is required.

Duties:

Operate or assist with microtrenching equipment for excavation and installation Set up and break down project sites, and maintain equipment Read blueprints and construction documents Help manage project schedules and resolve issues or delays Comply with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards Update supervisors on project progress

Requirements:

Underground fiber optic construction experience required; experience with mini excavators and other construction equipment Familiarity with underground boring and trenching a plus Clean driving record, valid driver's license (MVR check), and ability to pass a background check Strong work ethic, time management, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with outdoor manual labor, and available for evenings, weekends, and on-call work Why Join Parker Communications?
