Job Description

Essential Functions :
Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to:
Drywall:
Up to level 5 finish.
Framing:
Frames from a set of plans, and identifies quantity take off on a project.
Flooring:
Repairs and handles entire flooring projects, including floor preparation, installation and finish work.
Doors/Windows:
Installs framed doors and windows. Identifies and fixes door/window issues.
Painting:
Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework.
T-bar:
Install T-bar ceilings, and has knowledge of ceiling grid terminology and codes. Maintains an organized and stocked tool cart/bag. Requests for and/or replenishes materials and supplies as necessary. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required. Tracks assigned construction projects/tasks and ensures completion in a timely manner while adhering to operational standards. Communicates progress to project manager and/or supervisor. Proactively performs construction projects/tasks, and identifies efficient methods to complete projects/tasks. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education level. Minimum four (4) years of construction or related experience.
Pay Range:
$24.74-27.00/hr.
