$20-$27 per hour Job Summary One Koncept Build is seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support construction crews with daily job-site activities. This position assists with material handling, site preparation, cleanup, basic construction tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Assist construction crews with daily job-site activities. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials. Prepare work areas and maintain clean job sites. Use basic hand and power tools under supervision. Assist with measuring, digging, lifting, and material preparation. Support skilled tradespeople and supervisors as needed. Follow company safety procedures and job-site requirements. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Report safety concerns, damaged materials, or site issues to supervisors. Requirements Previous construction or general labor experience preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work. Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials safely. Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew.
